NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between CHARLES MAURICE and ARTHUR THOMAS PHILIP VERCOE, carrying on business as Sharebrokers and otherwise at Nelson under the style or firm of “Charles Maurice and Company,” has been dissolved as from this date.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Colonial Manufacturing Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the COLONIAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY (LIMITED) held at Christchurch on the 4th day of May, 1912, it was resolved by the shareholders by extraordinary resolution—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”

Notice is also hereby given that RICHARD ARTHUR BRADBURY, of Christchurch, Manufacturer, was duly appointed voluntary Liquidator.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between A. H. BROOKES and J. W. DAVIDSON, trading as “Brookes, George, and Co.,” has been dissolved as from 13th June, 1912, by mutual consent.

The business will be carried on by Mr. DAVIDSON, who will receive all moneys owing to and pay all moneys owing by the late firm.

LOST POLICY.

THE Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States intends to issue, one month after this date, in terms of section 59 of the Life Insurance Act, 1908, a special policy in place of Policy No. 1265950, in the name of OTTO EDWIN JACKSON, of Matawai, declared to have been lost.
