REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Alatata Lot 8 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marupara, on Friday, the 12th day of July, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to Frederick J. Burt shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngatipahiko B 3c Section 6c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke, on Monday, the 8th day of July, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to George McCracken shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Puke No. 1c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke, on Monday, the 8th day of July, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Samuel M. Baker shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Kipa Hauata shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to C. K. Walter shall be agreed to.”
