Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whitianga 2B No. 12 Block, containing 252 acres 1 rood 12 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pipiriki, on Wednesday, the 10th day of July, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whitianga 2B No. 9 Block, containing 367 acres 2 roods 6 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pipiriki, on Wednesday, the 10th day of July, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that the meeting of the owners of the Paremata No. 2 Block, adjourned from the 31st May, 1912, will be resumed at the Native Meeting-house, Hauiti, on Monday, the 24th day of June, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—

“ 1. That the land, or any part thereof, shall be leased by the Board under Part XVI of the said Act.

“ 2. That 5 acres, part of the said block, shall be vested in the Board for sale under Part XIV of the Act.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitaiki 31P No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane, on Thursday, the 18th day of July, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Mary J. Allan shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matahina B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane, on Thursday, the 18th day of July, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed sale or lease of the said land to William A. Limbrick shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumanu Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Wednesday, the 10th day of July, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Benjamin Ormsby shall be agreed to.”
