Laying out and taking a Road in Block IX, Waipakura Survey District, Waitotara County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majestyβs Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of May, 1912.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint, as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, the persons mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Assessment Court for the special districts set opposite the name of each respectively.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of May, 1912.

THE HONOURABLE T. MACKENZIE, F.R.G.S., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Piako County Council has applied for such consent in respect to the roads described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Piako County Council closing the roads described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Parapara to Raetihi Road, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
