Land in Auckland Land District declared to be subject to Section 127 of the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Land Board of the Auckland Land District has recommended that the Crown tenants of the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which they have no control preventing the profitable occupation of such lands:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 25 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further fix one year as the period for which the said lands shall be exempt from payment of rent and general rates.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, setting apart lands for Mapara Improved-farm Special Settlement, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Sumner Borough Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.
