Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiranui No. 5B (83 acres 1 rood 8 perches) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 27th day of June, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be sold to Frances Ethel Webster (née Tansey) for the sum of £291 11s.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiranui 5c (59 acres 2 roods) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 27th day of June, 1912, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be sold to Frances Ethel Webster (née Tansey) for the sum of £208 5s.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tupapanui 2B No. 1 (208 acres), Tupapanui 2B No. 2 (1,792 acres), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 7th day of June, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be leased to D. H. Sinclair for forty-two years at 5 per cent. on Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A No. 17, containing 1,200 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 27th day of June, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said block be leased to Robert Henry Stewart, of Auckland, farmer, for the term of forty-two years, at the yearly rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first period of twenty-one years of the said term, and 2s. 6d. per acre for the last twenty-one years of the term.”
