Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino No. 2 (1,640 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pipiriki, on Friday, the 14th day of June, 1912, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the portion of the block, containing by estimation 1,640 acres, lying to the southward of the Kahura Stream, be leased to Margaret Ward, of Oamaru, married woman, for a term of forty-two years from the 1st day of July, 1912, at the yearly rental of 1s. per acre for the first twenty-one years thereof, and at a rental of 5 per cent. for the remaining twenty-one years of the term at 5 per cent. on the unimproved value thereof as existing on the 1st day of July, 1933.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pipiriki, on Friday, the 14th day of June, 1912, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That that portion of this block, containing by estimation 1,800 acres, lying to the northward of the Kahura Stream, be leased to Martha Craig, of Oamaru, spinster, for a term of forty-two years from the 1st day of July, 1912, at the yearly rental of 1s. per acre for the first twenty-one years thereof, and at a rental for the remaining twenty-one years of the term at 5 per cent. on the unimproved value thereof, disclosed by the Government valuation thereof as existing on the 1st day of July, 1933.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tuhi 2s No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 26th day of June, 1912, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That a lease of the said land be granted to Frank Dillon Allen for a term of forty-two years at 2s. per acre, or such annual rental as to the Board seems just, for the first twenty-one years of the term, and for the remainder of the term a sum equal to 5 per cent. on the unimproved value of the said land at the end of the first twenty-one years.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhero West 2b No. 1, containing 167 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 26th day of June, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said block of land be sold to Jessie Campbell Polson, of Mangawhero, married woman, at the price of £10 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tuhi 1b Block, containing 1,425 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 26th day of June, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the above block, less 75 acres taken for scenic purposes, be sold to Thomas McFayden at a price equal to £2 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said block, less 75 acres taken for scenic purposes, be leased to Thomas McFayden for the term of forty-two years from the 25th day of July, 1907, at the annual rental of 1s. 9d. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to £5 per centum on the unimproved value of the said land for the last twenty-one years of the term, such lease to contain the usual covenants.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 5b No. 8, containing 161 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 26th day of June, 1912, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be leased to William McDonnell, of Wanganui, for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 9d. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on unimproved value for second twenty-one years; lease to contain usual covenants.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B No. 3B2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Saturday, the 22nd day of June, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be leased to Kuru Poinga for forty-two years—twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the capital value of the land, and twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on Government unimproved value.”
