ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 80 acres, more or less, being the northern portion of Allotment 84 and the southern portion of Allotment 85, in the Parish of Waipareira, in the Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded on the north by other part of Allotment 85, 4300 links; on the north-east by a road, 1430 links and 700 links; on the south-east by the same road, 500 links and 76 links; on the south by other part of Allotment 84, 5720 links; and on the west by Allotments 78 and 77, 1410 links.


Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II, Unclaimed Lands).


WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have, for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands), made due inquiries with respect to the land described in the Schedule hereunder, and the owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent hereto: And whereas I have not thereby ascertained who the owner is, and believe that such owner is not in the Dominion, nor has such owner established his title to the said land, as required by the said Act: I hereby give notice that the said land is, under and by virtue of the said Act, vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid, as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908; the value of the land for the purposes of section 67 (d) of the said Act being less than £100.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 29 perches, more or less, being Allotment 93, Township of Newcastle, in the Parish of Horotiu, County of Waikato, in the Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded towards the north by a street, 92 links; towards the east by Allotment 94, 170 links; towards the south by Allotment 97, 111 links; and towards the west by Allotment 92, 232 links.


Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II).


To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 60 acres, more or less, being the northern portion of Allotment 126, Parish of Ruatangata. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 125, 3340 links, and by a road, 1540 links; towards the south-east by the Mongari River; towards the south-west by part of Allotment 126, 4080 links; and towards the north-west by Allotments 122 and 121, 1560 links. The last registered owner of the land is one James McGrath, of Matakoe, gum-digger, who cannot now be traced.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner of the above-described land is, and believes that such owner is not in the Dominion:

Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land; and if he fails or neglects so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II).

To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, being Allotment 257, in the Parish of Waiotahi, in the County of Opotiki. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 256, 2995 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 259, 1665 links; towards the south-west by Allotment 258, 3044 links; and towards the north-west by a road, 1650 links. The land was Crown-granted to one James Walker, formerly a private in the 1st Regiment of Waikato Militia, who cannot now be traced.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner of the above-described land is, and believes that such owner is not in the Dominion:
