Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 22 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Thursday, the 23rd day of May, 1912, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That the said land be leased to Henry James Nixon, of Okaihau, settler, for a term of fifty years, at a rental of 1s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and 2s. per acre per annum for the next twenty-five years."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakataha No. 1b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Thursday, the 23rd day of May, 1912, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That the said land be sold to Hannah Elizabeth Mountain, of Purerua, for the sum of £1 5s. per acre."

"That the said land be sold to Charles Edwin Major and Lawrence Hudson McAlpine for the sum of 5s. per acre."

"That the kahikatea, rimu, and matai timber on the said land be sold to Charles Nisbet, of Auckland."

"That the said land be sold to Charles Frederick Baker, of Russell, for the sum of 7s. 6d. per acre."

"That the land be sold to Daniel Long at £2 (two pounds) per acre."

"That the land be sold to the Crown."

"That a proposed lease of the said land to Robert Calloway and John Walter Calloway shall be agreed to."
