“1. That the said land be leased to William John Hill,
of Waihi, for a term of fifty years, at a rental of 1s. per
acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per
centum on the then unimproved value for the balance of
the term.
“2. That the said land be sold to Joseph Cook, of
Rangiahua, for the sum of £144.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Mangamuka East A will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, on
Monday, the 27th day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolutions :—
“1. That the said land be leased to David Milne Ross
for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 1s. per
acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per
centum on the then unimproved value for the balance of
the term.
“2. That the said land be leased to Edith Ann Malcolm,
of Mangamuka, for the term of fifty years at an annual
rental of £50.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Tapuwae No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, on
Monday, the 27th day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be leased to Robert Corbett for a
term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre per
annum for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per centum
on the then unimproved value for the remainder of the
term.”

District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Tapuwae No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, on
Monday, the 27th day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be leased to Harold Gilbert Gat-
land and John Cameron Fraser for a term of fifty years,
at an annual rental of 1s. per acre per annum for the first
twenty-five years, and 5 per centum on the then unim-
proved value for the balance of the term.”

District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Mangamuka West No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu,
on Monday, the 27th day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution :—
“That portion of the said land, containing 3,000 acres,
be sold to W. R. B. Thompson, of Auckland, for the sum
of £1 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Utakura No. 2a No. 1b No. 13 will be held, in pursu-
ance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Kohukohu, on Monday, the 27th day of May, 1912, at
10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering
the following proposed resolutions :—
“1. That portion of the land, containing 80 acres, more
or less, be sold to Daniel Lewis for the sum of £1 per acre.
“2. That the said land be sold to David Brown Wallace
at £1 per acre.”

District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Ngamahanga Block will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, on
Monday, the 27th day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following pro-
posed resolution :—
“That the said land be sold to Rebecca Mihikiteao
Woods, wife of George Henry Woods, of Whangarei, for
the sum of £60.”

of Wharepoke will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII
of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Thursday,
the 23rd day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed reso-
lution :—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land
or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
