Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumatamahoe 2B No. 2B, Section 18, containing 3,172 acres 3 roods 24 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Tuesday, the 6th day of February, 1912, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land shall be accepted.”
Dated at Wanganui, this 11th day of January, 1912.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumatamahoe 2B2B No. 12, containing 1,133 acres and 22 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 2nd day of February, 1912, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“ That an offer by the Crown to purchase shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that an adjourned meeting of the owners of Waimarino E No. 14 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 2nd day of February, 1912, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Manson and Co. for forty-two years at 1s. 6d. per acre per annum, with a timber royalty payable during the first seven years and a half at £7 10s. per acre.”
