Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 2B Block, containing 196 acres 3 roods 9 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Tuesday, the 6th day of February, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the timber on the above land be sold to Francis John Carter, of Ohakune, at the price of £7 10s. per acre, and that he be allowed twenty-one years in which to cut out the timber. Payment for timber to commence at one year from completion of agreement at the rate of 10s. per acre per half-year.”

Dated at Wanganui, this 11th day of January, 1912.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 2F Block, containing 69 acres 1 rood 37 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Tuesday, the 6th day of February, 1912, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the timber on the said land be sold to Francis John Carter, of Ohakune, at the price of £8 per acre, and that the land be leased to him for forty-two years at 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and during the remaining twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on Government valuation; rent payable half-yearly. Payment for timber to commence at one year from completion of lease at the rate of 10s. per acre per half-year.”

Dated at Wanganui, this 11th day of January, 1912.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 3C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Tuesday, the 6th day of February, 1912, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the timber on the said land be sold to Francis John Carter, of Ohakune, at the price of £7 10s. per acre, and that he be allowed twenty-one years in which to cut out the timber; also that a mill-site of 50 acres be leased to Mr. Carter at 2s. per acre for twenty-one years. Payment for timber to commence at one year from completion of agreement at the rate of 10s. per acre per half-year.”

Dated at Wanganui, this 11th day of January, 1912.
