Declaring Portion of the Pakowai-Tinui Road, Castlepoint
County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thir-
teenth day of January, 1912.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, BART.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in
him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Ex-
cellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Execu-
tive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District,
Castlepoint County, known as the Pakowai-Tinui Road,
commencing at the Pakowai River and proceeding thence
generally in a south-westerly direction through Section 490
and part of Section 489, Block XIV, Aohanga Survey
District, being a distance of one mile, more or less; as
the said portion of road is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 30975, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the
Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

Declaring Portion of Whenuakura Valley Road, Eltham
County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thir-
teenth day of January, 1912.

ing thence in a southerly direction through Section 3,
Block X, Omona Survey District, and terminating at the
southern boundary of the said Section 3, being a distance
of 36 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
30929, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wel-
ington, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.

a Government Road.
