A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessee of the Crown Land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Ohinemuri County Council, being the local authority in whose district the land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Piako Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Huntly Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Rangiriri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Wallace County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Jacobs River Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
