Constituting the Town District of Kohukohu, in the
County of Hokianga.

ISLINGTON, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it is enacted by the Town Boards Act,
1908, that the Governor may declare that any
locality outside a borough wherein there are not less than
fifty householders shall be a town district :
And whereas a petition has been presented to the Governor by the inhabitants within the area mentioned and described in the Schedule hereto, praying that such area may be constituted a town district under the Town Boards Act, 1908 :
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the said area shall be a town district, and the same is hereby constituted a town district, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, by the name of the Kohukohu Town District : And in further pursuance and exercise of the said powers I do hereby proclaim, declare, and appoint that the Board of Commissioners for the said district shall consist of five members.
SCHEDULE.
KOHUKOHU TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north by the Kohukohu-Rakautapu Road from the north-western boundary of Tautehihi No. 2B Block to a point opposite the southernmost corner of Pikiparia A Block ; thence across the said road, and towards the north-west by Pikiparia A Block and the south-eastern boundary of that block produced to the tidal waters of the Hokianga River ; thence again towards the north and towards the east and south-east by the said tidal waters of the Hokianga River to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section No. 22, Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District; thence towards the west generally by a right line across a road reserve, by Section No. 22 aforesaid, Sections Nos. 19A, 19, 59, 58, Block X, Mangamuka Survey District, the abutment of a road, Sections Nos. 31 and 30,
Block X aforesaid, and part of the western boundary and the north-western boundary of Tautehihi No. 2B Block to the place of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, proclaim as a road the land in Tuhingamata West Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
