Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.


REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nukumaru No. 2 (Koutu Block) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara, on Friday, the 3rd day of May, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land be vested in the Board for sale under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Raketapauma 3A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Saturday, the 4th day of May, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the proposed sale of the above land to Frank Stubbing for £310 shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipapa No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 6th day of May, 1912, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land known as Waipapa No. 1, containing 296 acres, more or less, be sold to Ernest Horace Monk, of Ranana, for £1 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiwhaiki No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 6th day of May, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land known as Kaiwhaiki No. 3, containing 55 acres, be leased for twenty-one years to James Rutherford at a rental of £9 0s. 8d. per annum.”

REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 24B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shannon, on Friday, the 3rd day of May, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That part of the said land (2,471 acres) be leased to William Dodwell Darley for forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre during the remainder of the term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 24B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shannon, on Friday, the 3rd day of May, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That part of the land (837 acres) be leased to Arthur Byrt Jordan for forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre during the remainder of the term.”

REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parahaki No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei, on Friday, the 3rd day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to Rowland Hill Harrison at a price equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”
