Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiranui No. 1c, 163 acres 1 rood, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 6th day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be leased to Harold Hamilton Speight, of Cambridge, settler, for the term of forty-two years on the following terms : Rent, first twenty-one years, £5 per centum on the Government valuation (unimproved) ; remaining twenty-one years, £5 per centum upon the unimproved Government valuation in force at the beginning of the second twenty-one years, but rent not to be less than paid during the first twenty-one years. Timber to be paid for at Government valuation.”

Dated at Wanganui, this 11th day of April, 1912.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiranui No. 1F, 196 acres and 20 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 6th day of May, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be leased to Harold Hamilton Speight, of Cambridge, settler, for the term of forty-two years on the following terms : Rental first twenty-one years, £5 per centum upon the Government valuation (unimproved) ; remaining twenty-one years, £5 per centum upon the unimproved Government valuation in force at the beginning of the second twenty-one years, but rent not to be less than that paid during the first twenty-one years. REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata No. 1, 146 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 6th day of May, 1912, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Ethel Elizabeth Allen for the sum of £366.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukehika Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 6th day of May, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That land containing 2,336 acres be leased to Robert Keith Murphy, of Panikau, Hawke’s Bay, for forty-two years, at 1s. 6d. per acre per annum during the first twenty-one years, and a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value during the last twenty-one years of the term.”

Dated at Wanganui, this 11th day of April, 1912.
