NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land is open for selection on renewable lease; and applications will be received at this office up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, the 22nd day of April, 1912, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1908.

Applicants will have to appear personally before the Land Board at the District Lands Office, Auckland, at 11 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1912, to answer any questions the Land Board may ask; but if any applicant so desires he may be examined by the Land Board of the district in which he resides.

The ballot for the section, if there is more than one applicant, will be held at the District Lands Office, Auckland, at 2.30 o’clock p.m on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1912, at the conclusion of the examination of applicants.

Preference will be given to landless applicants, and the decision of the Land Board as to which of the applicants are landless shall be final and conclusive.
