less, being Section 6, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 7, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District, a school-site, 362·7 links; towards the north-east generally by the Waitotara Valley Road; and towards the east, south, and south-west generally by Section 19 of said Block V: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 624/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 98 acres, more or less, being Section 9, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west, north, and east generally by the Utuhia Native Reserve, 3125·7 links and 209·4 links; by Section 15 of said Block V, and by a road and river-bank reserve 1 chain wide along the western bank of the Waitotara River; towards the south and south-west generally by Section 18 of Block V aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 624/1F, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Raglan County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
