THE OTAGO GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED).
AT at extraordinary general meeting of the Otago
Gold-dredging Company (Limited) held at the
Stock Exchange, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday,
the 26th day of March, 1912, at 8 o’clock in the evening,
the following extraordinary resolution was passed :—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the com-
pany that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up
the same; and accordingly that the company be wound
up voluntarily.”

of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held
at the company’s registered office, 91A Princes Street,
Dunedin, on Thursday, the 18th day of April, 1912, at
8 o’clock p.m. in the evening, for the purpose of having
an account laid before them showing the manner in which
the winding up has been conducted and the assets of the
company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that
may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining
by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the

WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL.
MOTOR REGULATION ACT, 1908.—REGISTRATION OF MOTORS.
IN pursuance of the provisions of Part II of the Motor
Regulation Act, 1908, public notice is hereby given
that the Waimea County Council decided, by resolution
passed at a meeting of the said Council held on the 7th
day of March, 1912, that Part II of the Motor Regula-
tion Act, 1908, shall be brought into operation in the
Waimea County on the 1st day of May, 1912.

matter of the reconstruction of the Huddart, Parker,
and Company Proprietary (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the Huddart, Parker,
and Company Proprietary (Limited) has sold its
business and assets to Huddart-Parker (Limited), and
therefore the old company will cease to do business in
New Zealand on the first day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and twelve.
