Resolution made by the South Hautapu Drainage Board.

THE following resolution, made by the South Hautapu Drainage Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

SOUTH HAUTAPU DRAINAGE BOARD.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and the Local Bodies' Loans Amendment Act, 1910, the South Hautapu Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows : That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £50, authorized to be raised by the South Hautapu Drainage Board, under the above-mentioned Acts, for constructing drainage works, the South Hautapu Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3/40 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property in the South Hautapu Drainage District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate, and be payable on the 1st days of February and August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is paid off, and shall bear interest at the rate of £3 10s. per centum per annum.
I hereby certify that the above resolution levying a special rate was duly made in accordance with section 4 of the Local Bodies' Loans Amendment Act, 1910, on the 1st day of February, 1912.

THE following resolution, made by the Te Rapa Drainage Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

TE RAPA DRAINAGE BOARD.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 4 of the Local Bodies' Loans Amendment Act, 1910, the Te Rapa Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £800, authorized to be raised by the Te Rapa Drainage Board, under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, and its amendments, for the purpose of forming and constructing drains, the said Te Rapa Drainage Board, hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1½d. in the pound on land classified A, 1d. in the pound on land classified B, and ½d. in the pound on land classified C upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Te Rapa Drainage Board comprised in the new area in the Whatawhata District set forth in the New Zealand Gazette of 1st December, 1911 (to be known as No. 3 area); and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of November in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Te Rapa Drainage Board held at the office of the Clerk, 29th February, 1912.
