A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Ohakune Borough Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a street the land in Karioi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the straightening, shortening, and diverting of the Waihou River:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Waihou and Ohinemuri Rivers Improvement Act, 1910, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the straightening, shortening, and diverting of the Waihou River.
