REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Kuiti 2b No. 14b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to Clement Bartley for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the timber on the said land be sold to Willis Ide Combs for the sum of £242.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 78b, Section 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be leased to Elizabeth Marion Ellicott for forty-two years at an annual rental of 6d. per acre during the first ten years, 9d. per acre during the next eleven years, and 1s. per acre during the balance of the term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 78b, Section 4, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :—
“ (a.) That the land be leased to Charles Frederick Turner for forty-two years at an annual rental of 6d. per acre during the first ten years, 9d. per acre during the next eleven years, and 1s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
(b.) That the land be leased to John Marvel Pare Tapp for forty-two years at an annual rental of 6d. per acre during the first eleven years, 1s. per acre during the next ten years, 2s. per acre during the next eleven years, and 4s. per acre during the remainder of the term.”
