1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That that land be leased to Ivor Edgar Shannon for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre during the remainder of the term. Compensation, £1 10s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 29c No. 2H will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Thursday, the 28th day of March, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to William Cooper Anderson for forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the balance of the term. Compensation for improvements, £1 10s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 36A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Thursday, the 28th day of March, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—

“(a.) That the land be leased to Ellis and Burnand for fifty years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remainder of the term.

“(b.) That the land be sold to Ellis and Burnand for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 26E No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Thursday, the 28th day of March, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South A No. 3E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the timber on the land be sold to John Lawrence Ryan on the following royalties: Heart of totara, 2s. per 100 super. ft.; totara (O.B.), 1s. per 100 super. ft.; rimu, 1s. per 100 super. ft.; matai, 1s. per 100 super. ft.; kahikatea, 6d. per 100 super. ft.; all other timbers, 1s. per 100 super. ft.; fencing posts, 10s. per 100; strainers, 4d. each; sleepers, 4d. each; battens, 1s. 6d. per 100.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South C No. 2, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Ellis and Burnand for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South N Section 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That part of the said land from the Pongaturu Creek to its southern boundary, approximately 200 acres, be leased to John Albert Good sir and Kathleen Good sir for forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 4s. per acre during the remainder of the term.”
