Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Revoking a Proclamation setting apart Land in the Auckland Land District for leasing as Small Grazing-runs.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power enabling me in that behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a Proclamation dated the first day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 98, page 1647, on the fifteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, declaring subdivisions of Section No. 245, Parish of Waimana, Auckland Land District, to be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-three to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V of the Land Act, 1892, relating to small grazing-runs.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Additional Land near Kakariki taken for the Purposes of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway to take further land near Kakariki, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
