ISLINGTON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

WAIOTEMARAMA.
All that area in the Auckland District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 16A, Block IX, Waoku Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 16, Block IX, Waoku Survey District, 500 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 312·2 links; and towards the south-west and north-west by Section No. 16 aforesaid, 500 and 312·2 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1698/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 14528, blue.)

Examination Regulations under the Surveyors’ Institute and Board of Examiners Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section 17 of the Surveyors’ Institute and Board of Examiners Act, 1908, the Surveyors’ Board doth hereby amend the regulations dated the 23rd day of February, 1909, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 11th March, 1909, by extending the period during which candidates may sit for examination under Regulation 6, paragraph (b), from March, 1912, to September, 1912; and doth hereby declare that such amendment shall come into force from the date of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
