SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, and being Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block XII, Mamaku Village; and also all that area, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, and being Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block XIII, Mamaku Village.

Revoking the Reservation for Railway Purposes over Land in Block XI, Belmont Survey District, and setting apart the same as a Site for a Post-office.


ISLINGTON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the existing reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto, the same being portion of an area taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway by a Proclamation dated the twelfth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, and do hereby reserve the said land as a site for a post-office.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 19 perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 3, Harbour District, in Block XI, Belmont Survey District, and being bounded as follows: Commencing at a point at the junction of the south-western and north-western boundaries of the railway reserve; thence north-easterly along the said north-western boundary, a distance of 190'59 links; thence south-easterly along the south-west side of the old Porirua Road, a distance of 51'14 links; thence south-westerly by a straight line at a bearing of 214Β° 30' 29", a distance of 178'92 links; thence north-westerly along the said south-western boundary of the railway reserve to the commencing-point, a distance of 78'28 links: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 14417, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, and thereon hatched green.
