Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Akau B No. 9 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia, on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1911, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That portion of the block, containing 1,000 acres, be sold to Joseph Harris Collins and Susannah Hamilton for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Rae-o-te-Papa North B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shortland, Thames, on Thursday, the 14th day of December, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land shall be accepted.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land shall be accepted.”
