Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kopuraruwai No. 3c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa, on Wednesday, the 13th day of December, 1911, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be leased to Emmeline Ada Cooke for fifty years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and 3s. per acre for the balance of the term.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Aroha Block V, Section 5a No. 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Aroha, on Tuesday, the 12th day of December, 1911, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be sold to Herbert William Cooke for the sum of £320.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maurihero B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Aroha, on Tuesday, the 12th day of December, 1911, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be sold to Joseph Forster Buddle for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okauia No. 4e will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matamata, on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1911, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be sold to William Henry Rowley for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kiwitahi No. 1r will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matamata, on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1911, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be leased to Elizabeth Mortyn for twenty-one years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre, with a right of renewal for a further twenty-one years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. of the then unimproved value.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Konehu Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matamata, on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1911, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be leased to John Charles Potts for twenty-one years at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre, with a right of renewal for a further twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. per annum on the then unimproved value.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tawawhakaporo Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matamata, on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1911, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :-
“(a.) That the said land be leased to John Charles Potts for twenty-one years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre, with a right of renewal for a further twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. per annum on the then unimproved value.
“(b.) That the said land be leased to William Charles Fraser for forty-two years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 6s. per acre during the balance of the term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tapui B No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matamata, on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1911, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be leased to Henry Ernest Metcalfe for forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and 4s. per acre for the last twenty-one years.”
