PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Gore was taken on the 7th day of November, 1911, on the proposal of the Gore Borough Council to borrow the sum of £6,000 for the following particular purposes, that is to say,—
Drainage extension in North, South, and East Wards ... ... ... ... ... ... ... £3,000

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 214; the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 26.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

ONFLOW BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Notice of Result of Poll on Proposal to raise a Loan of £1,500 for and in respect of a Public Hall at Khandallah.
PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, I, the undersigned, Frank Holdsworth, Mayor of the Borough of Onslow, hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Khandallah Ward of the Borough of Onslow was duly taken under the said statute on the 27th day of July, 1911, upon a proposal to raise a special loan of £1,500, under the said statute, for the purpose of the purchase of land for and the erection thereon and furnishing of a hall for the holding of public meetings and for purposes of enjoyment and recreation in and for the benefit of the Khandallah Ward of the Borough of Onslow, and for legal and other costs and incidental expenses of purchase and building and raising of loan, and also interest on loan for first year. Also that the number of votes recorded respectively for and against the said proposal was as follows: For the proposal, 68; against the proposal, 47; informal vote, 1.

And I therefore declare the said proposal to be carried.

Notice of Result of Poll on Loan Proposal.
PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Wainui Riding of the County of Waitemata was taken

on the 8th day of November, 1911, on the proposal of the Waitemata County Council to borrow the sum of £8,000 for the construction and improvement generally of the roads of the Wainui Riding of the County of Waitemata.
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 55. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 79. I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 196. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 37. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Pukeatua Riding of the County of Waitemata was taken on the 8th day of November, 1911, on the proposal of the Waitemata County Council to borrow the sum of £4,000 for the construction and improvement generally of the roads of the Pukeatua Riding of the County of Waitemata.
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 87. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 32. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 127. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 17. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 129. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 45. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
