I N exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

PATRICK KINNEY
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in Otago Land District known as Runs Nos. 464, 328A, 217B, 72 and 72A, 17H, and Sections 1, Block X, and 3, Block XI, Domett Survey District, Sections 1, Block X, and 2, Block XIII, Kyeburn Survey District, and 2, Block I, Kakanui Survey District; Runs 458 and 468, 346B, 346C, and Sections 9 and 11 to 17, Block III, Dart Survey District; Sections 76 and 77, Block IV, Table Hill Survey District; Run 11A; Sections 2 to 4, 6 and 7, Block III, and 1 and 2, Block VI, Lower Hawea Survey District, and Section 3, Block V, Lower Wanaka Survey District; and Museum Reserve (Lamb Hill), as provided by section two hundred and twenty-five of the Land Act, 1908.
