PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the reconstruction of the Dunlop Rubber Company of Australasia (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the Dunlop Rubber Company of Australasia (Limited) is being reconstructed, and will voluntarily cease to do business in New Zealand on the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

With reference to the above notice, a new company, called the “Dunlop Rubber Company of Australasia (Limited),” has been incorporated, and will take over all the assets and liabilities of the old company. The new company proposes to carry on business in the Dominion of New Zealand at No. 95 Courtenay Place, in the City of Wellington, and at 116 Worcester Street, Christchurch.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned EDWARD KELLY and ADAM MOORE, carrying on business as Boot-manufacturers at Auckland under the name, style, or firm of “Kelly and Moore,” has been dissolved as from the 18th day of October, 1911. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said ADAM MOORE, who will continue to carry on the said business alone.

PUBLIC NOTICE.
THE Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned as Farmers at Upper Aramoho has been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. E. R. L. RUTHERFURD will continue to carry on the business of the partnership, and will discharge all liabilities of the firm and receive all accounts due to the partnership, and his receipt alone will be a sufficient discharge.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between JAMES SMEATON, of Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago and Dominion of New Zealand, Blacksmith, of the one part, and DAVID ANDREW KILGOUR, of the same place, Blacksmith, of the other part, is hereby dissolved as from the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
The business will be carried on by the said JAMES SMEATON, to whom all debts of the late firm are to be paid. All liabilities of the said firm will be paid by the said JAMES SMEATON.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Australian Alliance Assurance Company, incorporated in Victoria, whose registered office is situate at Melbourne, in the State of Victoria, in the Commonwealth of Australia, is now carrying on business at Auckland and elsewhere in New Zealand, and that the office or place of business, where legal process of any kind may be served upon the said company and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered, is situate at the corner of Fort and Commerce Streets, in the City of Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the above company, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the above company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, will be held at the company’s registered office, Oruanui, on the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at 7 o’clock p.m.

In the matter of the Guardian, Trust, and Executors Company of New Zealand (Limited).
I, ERNEST GERARD, the Managing Director of the Guardian, Trust, and Executors Company of New Zealand (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare,—
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £100,000, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
- That the number of shares issued is 2,390.
- That calls to the amount of one pound per share have been made, under which the sum of £2,390 has been received.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates is nil.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates is nil.
- That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration is nil.
- That the liabilities of the company on the 1st day of July last were £556 4s. 8d.
- That the assets of the company on that day were £806 4s. 4d.
- That the first annual license was issued on the 10th day of March, 1911.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
