LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 17, folio 231, of the Register-book, in favour of JOHN CAMPBELL, of Napier, Minister of Presbyterian Church, for Lots 148 to 151 of a subdivision of Te Kapara Block (Waihou), having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, and also to register a transmission of such land to ISABELLA CAMPBELL, THOMAS PEACOCK, and JAMES PALMER CAMPBELL, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title, and to register the transmission accordingly, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

MINING NOTICES.
THE TARAWERA GOLD-MINING AND SMELTING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the above company held at the registered office of the company, Esk Street, Invercargill, on the 13th October, 1911, the following resolution was submitted and carried :—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly; and that the company go into voluntary liquidation; and that Mr. E. C. LEARY, of Invercargill, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator to conduct the winding-up.”
Creditors are hereby notified that they must send in their claims on or before the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, Esk Street, Invercargill, on the 10th day of October, 1911, the following extraordinary resolution was passed :—
“That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
At the same meeting JOSEPH HOLLOWAY was appointed Liquidator to wind up the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of members of Ferguson’s Mining and Smelting Company (Limited) will be held at my offices, Union Buildings, Customs Street East, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 28th day of November, 1911, at 2.30 in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying an account before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that the Liquidator may wish to give; also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator may be disposed of.
