A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, setting apart lands for Mapara Improved-farm Special Settlement, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the sections of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and are hereby withdrawn from lease as village-homestead allotments.

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 9, Town of Waikoikoi, area 2 acres and 8 perches, and Section 30, Town of Komako, area 12 acres 1 rood 20 perches (formerly Section 30, Block XI, Maniototo Survey District).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
