THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between EDGAR PALMER SYMES and FRANCIS DALTON, under the style of “Symes and Dalton,” is dissolved by mutual consent as from the 10th day of October, 1911.
The business of Butchers and Bakers heretofore carried on by the above-named at Waverley will, after the above date, be carried on under the style of “The Waverley Butchery and Bakery” by the said EDGAR PALMER SYMES, to whom all moneys owing to the late firm must be paid, and by whom all liabilities of the late firm will be discharged.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the reconstruction of the Dunlop Rubber Company of Australasia (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the Dunlop Rubber Company of Australasia (Limited) is being reconstructed, and will voluntarily cease to do business in New Zealand on the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

With reference to the above notice, a new company, called the “Dunlop Rubber Company of Australasia (Limited),” has been incorporated, and will take over all the assets and liabilities of the old company. The new company proposes to carry on business in the Dominion of New Zealand at No. 95 Courtenay Place, in the City of Wellington, and at 116 Worcester Street, Christchurch.

THE MARAINANGA ESTATE COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Murray, Roberts, and Co. (Limited), Liverpool Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 7th day of November, 1911, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

In the matter of the Otorohanga Trading Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Mr. John Ormsby’s office, Otorohanga, on the 25th day of August, 1911, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 30th day of September, 1911, the following resolution was duly confirmed, namely :-
“That the company go into voluntary liquidation; and that Mr. THOMAS GEORGE HOSKING, of Otorohanga, Solicitor, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.”
Dated at Otorohanga, this sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 33s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.
Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication, a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
