MINING NOTICES.
LANIGAN’S ANTIMONY AND MINERALS (LIMITED).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of Lanigan’s Antimony and Minerals (Limited) held this day at the registered office of the company, Tyrone Buildings, Customs Street East, Auckland, the following extraordinary resolutions were carried :—
“ (1.) That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“ (2.) That HUGH CASEMENT AICKIN, of Auckland, be appointed Liquidator for the voluntary winding-up of the company.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Halcyon Gold-mining Company (Limited).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company duly convened and held at 5 Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 13th day of September, 1911, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company duly convened and held at 5 Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 6th day of October, 1911, the following special resolution was duly confirmed, viz. : “ That the Halcyon Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908 ” ; and at such last-mentioned meeting HENRY JAMES LEE, of Auckland, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
I T is hereby notified that I have retired from the Partnership hitherto carried on between THOMAS PETER EUSTEGE and HENRY WILLIAM COE and myself, as Tinware-manufacturers, at Wellington.
The business will be carried on in future by the remaining partners, who will receive payment of all moneys due to the firm, and pay all liabilities owing by the same.

BOROUGH OF TE KUITI.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A STREET.
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908.
N OTICE is hereby given that the Te Kuiti Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the laying-out and construction of a street—and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Queen Street, Te Kuiti, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice—viz., the 4th day of October, 1911—to the Town Clerk, at the Council Chambers, Queen Street, Te Kuiti.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Huiakama Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of the Huiakama Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited) held in the old factory building, Huiakama, on the 31st day of August, 1911, the following resolution was duly passed as a special resolution, and was duly confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of the company held at the same place on the 16th day of September, 1911 :—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that Mr. THOMAS HARRY PENN, of Stratford, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, with power to enter into the proposed arrangement for the transfer of the business of the company.”

“ That the Ekatahuna Farmers’ Co-operative Association (Limited) go into voluntary liquidation; and
“ That Messrs. F. H. WISE and W. B. SCANLON be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of winding-up the affairs of the company.”

The business will henceforth be carried on only by the said ROBERT MCADAM, EDWARD GEOFFREY MCADAM, and ANDREW GLENLEE MCADAM, under the style or firm of “ McAdam Bros.,” to whom all accounts owing by the late firm must be rendered, and to whom all debts due to the late firm must be paid.
