thence by Hay’s Road through Rural Section No. 18864, and by the road forming the northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 18873 and 21787 (and forming the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 85, Rosewill Settlement) to the northernmost corner of the said Section No. 85; thence by that section to Summit Road; thence by that road and by Rural Section No. 36212 and Section No. 79, Rosewill Settlement, to the road forming the north-western boundary of the last-mentioned section, and thence by that road to the county boundary; thence towards the south-west by Mackenzie County to the Tengawai River; thence across that river, and towards the north-west by the left bank of the said Tengawai River to the Totara Valley Road; thence again towards the south-west by the Totara Valley Road to its junction with School Road at the westernmost corner of Rural Section No. 16115; thence again towards the north-west by School Road and the road forming part of the south-western boundary of Rural Section No. 22786 to the north-western corner of that section; and thence by a right line to the middle of the Opihi River, the place of commencement: excluding the Pleasant Point Town District.

CLAREMONT RIDING.

All that area in Levels County bounded towards the north generally by Point and Waimataitai Ridings hereinbefore described from Mackenzie County to the Borough of Timaru; thence towards the north-east by the said Borough of Timaru to the Great South Road; thence towards the south generally by the Great South Road to the Otipua Creek; thence by that creek to the Coonor Road; thence by the Coonor Road to Brigg’s Road at the westernmost corner of Rural Section No. 13754; thence by Brigg’s Road and the road forming the north-western boundaries of Rural Sections Nos. 16364, 10570, 16758, 14438, 15613, intersecting Education Reserve No. 1203 and its continuation westerly to the Upper Pareora Bridge; and thence towards the south-west by Waimate and Mackenzie Counties to the south-western corner of Point Riding aforesaid, the place of commencement.

OTIPUA RIDING.

All that area in Levels County bounded towards the north-west by the Claremont Riding hereinbefore described from the Upper Pareora Bridge to the Borough of Timaru; thence towards the north-east by the Borough of Timaru to the sea; thence towards the east and the south-east by the sea to the mouth of the Pareora River; and thence towards the south-west by Waimate County to the Upper Pareora Bridge, the place of commencement.

TENGAWAI RIDING.

All that area in Levels County bounded towards the north-east by a line along the middle of the Opihi River from the north-eastern boundary of Mackenzie County to the northernmost corner of Point Riding hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east generally by the said Point Riding to the north-eastern boundary of Mackenzie County; and thence towards the south-west by the said Mackenzie County to the middle of the Opihi River, the place of commencement.

Revoking Proclamations declaring certain Places infected with Bubonic Plague.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamations enumerated in the Schedule hereto declaring certain places infected with bubonic plague.

Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
