REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitutuma Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Masterton, on Saturday, the 11th day of February, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted."

"That the offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted."

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahuatuhanga Block, Subdivisions 1 to 5 (Section 200, Block VII, Woodville Survey District), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Meetinghouse, Tahoraiti, on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1911, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-

"That the offer by the Crown to purchase at the Government valuation the whole of these lands be accepted."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hereheretau B No. 10 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, on Wednesday, the 15th day of February, 1911, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-

"That a lease of the above block be granted to Harry Skelton, settler, of Nuhaka, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of not less than £5 per cent. on the present Government valuation, with a right to renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at £5 per cent. on the then Government unimproved valuation, with right to compensation for improvements."
