BY an order made by His Honour Mr. Justice Denniston in the above matter dated the 12th day of September, 1911, on the petition of the Dawson Patent Egg-carrier and Produce Company (Limited), (in liquidation), a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act in the State of New South Wales, in the Commonwealth of Australia, having its registered office in Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, a creditor of the above-named company, it was ordered that the Dawson Patent Egg-carrier Company (Limited) be wound up by this Court under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy at Christchurch be constituted Official Liquidator of the affairs of the company.
