IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north-east by Mercer Street, 900 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 6, Suburbs of Rangiriri, 425·4 links; and towards the south-west and north-west by Great South Road, 468·1 and 569 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1700, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. |

Arrangements for First Election, &c., Otawa Drainage Board.

ARTHUR ETHELBERT MELLSOP,
of Waiuku, to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Board of Trustees of the Otawa Drainage District as constituted under the Land Drainage Act, 1908; also to appoint Wednesday, the 18th day of October, 1911, to be the date, and the Otawa Public Hall at Otawa to be the place, for holding such election; also to appoint Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the day and the hour, and the said Otawa Public Hall at Otawa to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.
