DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership Business hitherto carried on by JAMES GREENWOOD and the late FRANCIS WHITEMAN as Sawmillers at Akatarawa (and since the death of the late Francis Whiteman by the said JAMES GREENWOOD and HENRY WHITEMAN, FRANK WHITEMAN, and JAMES WHITEMAN, as Executors and Trustees of the estate of the late Francis Whiteman) has been dissolved as from the 1st day of July, 1911.
The interest of the said James Greenwood in the said business has been acquired by the said Executors and Trustees of the said late FRANCIS WHITEMAN, deceased, who will continue to carry on the said business, and by whom all debts owing by the said business will be paid, and to whom all moneys owing to the said business are to be paid.

Dated at Wellington, this 31st day of July, 1911.
