Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakakoro will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Saturday, the 14th day of October, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to Mary Edwards, wife of Alfred William Edwards, of Kaikohe, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

Dated at Auckland, this 8th day of September, 1911.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakaruru No. 1c No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland, on Friday, the 29th day of September, 1911, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to Evelyn Coxhead and Alfred Coxhead, of Miranda, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

Dated at Auckland, this 11th day of September, 1911.
