Authorizing the Exchange of a Reserve in the Wellington
Land District for other Land.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth
day of September, 1911.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the first column of
the Schedule hereto was heretofore duly set apart
for the accommodation of travelling stock by Warrant pub-
lished on page 1053 of the Gazette of the first day of June,
one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine: And
whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to
exchange the said land for that described in the second
column of the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the twelfth section of the Public Reserves and Do-
mains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that the said land
described in the first column of the Schedule hereto may be
exchanged for the land described in the second column of
the Schedule hereto.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ohinewai
Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth
day of September, 1911.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the
said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time
to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control
of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-
eighth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and
ninety-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
the thirtieth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and
ninety-five, certain powers were delegated to the Ohinewai
Domain Board, no period being specified:
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the
period for which the said Board shall hold office will expire
on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Do-
minion, doth hereby appoint
ANGUS MCKINNON,
ALEXANDER MUIR,
CHARLES GALL,
THOMAS NIEL,
WILLIAM PARKER, and
GEORGE FERGY
to be the Ohinewai Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of
and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act;
and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the thirtieth day of
September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at half
past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Ohine-
wai School, as the place where, the first meeting of the
Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
OHINEWAI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 62 acres 2 roods, more or less, being
Allotment No. 49, Parish of Taupiri (Block VIII, Rangi-
riri Survey District). Bounded towards the north-east
generally by a public road 100 links wide, 926·3, 685·5,
825·5, 840, and 1039·5 links respectively; towards the
south-east generally by Ohinewai Lake and by a right line
being the production of the south-east boundary of Allot-
ment No. 39, Parish of Taupiri, to the Ohinewai Lake,
651 links; towards the south-west by Allotments Nos. 39
aforesaid, and 40 and 41 of the aforesaid parish, 4004
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the
same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1479, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington,
and thereon bordered red.

Domain.
