DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between SAMUEL ARTHUR PETHYBRIDGE and JOHN ROBERT FOW, carrying on business at Hamilton as Auctioneers and Land and Commission Agents, under the style or firm of “Pethybridge and Fow,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by JOHN ROBERT FOW, who will in future carry on the said business on his own account.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 33s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication, a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.

BANKRUPTCY NOTICES.

THE public are informed that extracts from the New Zealand Gazette, containing all Bankruptcy Notices that appear in each issue, are published weekly, and will be sent post-free to any address on payment of a subscription of 10s. per annum. Single copies, 3d. each.
