IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Dawson Patent Egg-carrier Company (Limited), a company duly incorporated and having its registered office in Hereford Street, in the City of Christchurch.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 18th day of August, 1911, presented to Mr. Justice Denniston, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by the Dawson Patent Egg-carrier and Produce Company (Limited), (in liquidation), a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Acts in the State of New South Wales, in the Commonwealth of Australia. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at Christchurch, on Friday, the 8th day of September, 1911, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous of opposing the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose. A copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Woodville Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the erection of works for the treatment of sewage of the Woodville Borough; and for the purposes of such public work and for a road in connection therewith the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Vogel Street, Woodville, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, at the Council Chambers, Vogel Street, Woodville.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, carrying on business as Grocers, at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Guyton Street, Wanganui, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by the undersigned, ALBERT VINSEN and WALTER WATSON, who will discharge all liabilities of the said Partnership, and to whom all debts due to it are payable.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, MAXWELL INSTONE FYFE and FREDERICK CUMING, in the business of Drapers, carried on by them at Numbers 82 to 86 George Street, Dunedin, under the style of “Fyfe and Cuming,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the fourteenth day of August instant.
The business of the Partnership has been purchased by the said FREDERICK CUMING, who will continue the same, and who will pay the debts and liabilities of the late firm. All accounts owing to the Partnership are to be paid to the said FREDERICK CUMING.

The business will in future be carried on by the said JOHN KILGOUR EARLE under the style of “John Earle and Co.”
