that the dues and rates set forth in the Schedule hereto
shall be taken by the Hokianga County Council for the
use of the said wharves.

Any goods removed from the wharf within two hours
after landing and before 5 p.m. to be exempt from
storage.
For passengers’ luggage under ½ ton, provided such
luggage is removed from wharf within one hour of being
landed, free from landing dues.
A reduction of 25 per cent. to be made on all cattle
and horses in numbers of 50 up to 100, and 33⅓ per cent. on
numbers exceeding 100.
A reduction of 50 per cent. to be made on numbers exceeding 50 sheep or pigs.
For every 100 superficial feet of timber shipped, ½d.

Vesting a Library Reserve in the Mackenzie Town Board.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of August, 1911.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved as a site for a public library: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mackenzie Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mackenzie Town Board, in trust, as a site for a public library.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being reserve numbered 3165 (in red), Town of Mackenzie. Bounded northward by Seddon Street; eastward by Lot 4, Block XVIII, Town of Mackenzie; southward by Lots 6 and 7 of the said block; and westward by Lot 2 of the said block: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1911/811, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Vesting Reserves in the Raglan Town Board.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as an endowment or for the use of the Town Board of the Raglan Town District:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Raglan Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Raglan Town Board, in trust, as an endowment or for the use of the said Town Board.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Lot 13, Block VIII, Town of Raglan. Bounded towards the north-west by Robert Street, 363 links; towards the east by East Street, 220 links; towards the south by Lot 12 of Block VIII, Town of Raglan, 360 links; and towards the west by Lot 14 of Block VIII aforesaid, 121 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5476/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being Lots 2, 3, 4, and north-east portion of Lot 5, Block XV, Town of Raglan. Bounded towards the north-east by Lot 1 of Block XV, Town of Raglan, 340 links; towards the north-west by the aforesaid Lot 1, 104 links; again towards the north-east by Point Street, 300 links; towards the south-east by South Street, 297 links; towards the south-west by south-west portion of Lot 5, Block XV aforesaid, 200 links; again towards the south-east by the last-mentioned part of Lot 5, 230 links; again towards the south-west by Lots 6 and 10 of the aforesaid Block XV, 427 links; and again towards the north-west by Main Street, 367 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5476/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Opening Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale or Selection.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, having received the report of the Under-Secretary in this behalf, as provided by section one hundred and fifty-four of the said Act, do hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection on Tuesday, the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupation with right of purchase, or on renewable lease; and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased, as mentioned in the said Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908,
