And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the period for which the said Board shall hold office will expire on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven :

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ALFRED MARTYN BARRIBALL,
JOSEPH JOHN ALBERT JAMES,
RICHARD WILLIAM ARTHUR JAMES,
HARRY KING,
WILLIAM JOSEPH KING, and
SAMUEL THOMAS ROSSITER,

as from the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, to be the Waiuku Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Orderly Room, Waiuku, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

WAIUKU DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 10 acres, more or less, being Allotment No. 73, Village of Waiuku (Block III, Maioro Survey District). Bounded towards the north generally by lines the abutment of a public road 100 links wide, and again by lines 300, 324, 101, 338·5, and 242·5 links respectively; towards the east by a public road 100 links wide, 804 and 175 links; towards the south by a road 100 links wide, 1070 links; and towards the west by Allotment No. 228, Parish of Waiuku East, 813 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1220, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tututawa Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of August, 1911.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act :

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ROBERT WATSON BARRON,
WILLIAM JOHN SIMPSON,
FRANCIS WALTER SIMPSON,
BASIL OSCAR BAYLY,
ROWLAND GEORGE HARDLEY,
JOHN O’CONNOR, and

to be the Tututawa Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Hall, Tututawa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TUTUTAWA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Section No. 43, Mangaehu Suburban, Omona Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 38 and 42, Mangaehu Suburban, 1518·7 links; towards the north-east by the Mangaotuku Road, 489·8 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 44, Mangaehu Suburban, 608·8 links; and towards the south-west by Titoki Terrace, 1339·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1307, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Exempting Portions of Roads in Mount Royal Estate, Waikouaiti County, from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of August, 1911.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where the local authority having control of a road or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor in Council :

And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is provided that such approval may be either absolute or subject to such conditions with respect to the building-line as the Governor by Order in Council thinks fit to impose :

And whereas the Waikouaiti County Council, the local authority having control of the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said portions of roads :

And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution in so far as it affects the said portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto.

THE two portions of road in the Otago Land District, Waikouaiti County, through Section 4, Block VIII, Hawksbury Survey District :

Also the portion of road in the said land district and county passing through or adjoining Sections 2, 12, 13, 14, and 15, Block X, Hawksbury Survey District :

As the said portion of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 29915, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
