Notice of Request to amend Specification.

Patent Office,
Wellington, 20th January, 1911.

REQUEST for leave to amend the undermentioned application for Letters Patent has been received, and is open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time from one month from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the amendments. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.

No. 27011.—R. W. de Montalk. Ferro concrete and concrete buildings. (Advertised in Supplement to New Zealand Gazette No. 93, of the 20th October, 1910.)

The nature of the proposed amendments is as follows:—
(1.) To alter the words “moulded slabs or boards” to “moulded of concrete or ferro-concrete,” line 3, page 2.
(2.) To alter the word “slabs” to “boards,” line 11, page 2, lines 3, 11, 19, and 23, page 4, and lines 15 and 18, page 5.
(3.) To alter the word “slab” to “concrete board,” lines 17, 18, 20, 23, 25, 30, and 32, page 2, and lines 1 and 33, page 3.
(4.) To alter the word “slabs” to “concrete boards,” lines 5, 19, 22, 27, page 3, lines 10, 25, 33, page 4, and line 12, page 5.
(5.) To alter the word “slab” to “board,” line 6, page 4.
(6.) To omit the words “may be made of metal and the stanchions,” lines 18 and 19, page 4.
(7.) To omit the word “concrete” before “building,” line 5, page 5, and the words “slabs or” before “boards,” line 7, page 5.
(8.) To insert the words “concrete or reinforced concrete” before “stanchion,” line 12, page 5.

The applicant states: My reason for making this amendment is to restrict the scope of the claims.
