PHŒNIX GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the above company held at Dunedin, on 2nd August, 1911, the following resolution was passed:—
“ That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, carry on business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that it be wound up accordingly.”

THE DOMINION GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Dominion Gold-mining Company (Limited) duly convened and held at No. 108 Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on the 12th day of July, 1911, the subjoined resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 9th day of August, 1911, the subjoined resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—
“ That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily for the purpose of reconstruction; and that Mr. HENRY GILFILLAN be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership known as “Baxter Bros.” lately subsisting between us, in the business of Sawmillers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that the business will henceforth be carried on by the undersigned THOMAS BAXTER on his own account, under the name of “Baxter Bros.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 231 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of Thomas William Beare, in Hamilton Street, Hokitika, on Monday, the 18th September, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

EUGENE SPITZ AND COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the offices of Messieurs T. S. Weston and Son, 173 Cashel Street, Christchurch, on the 27th day of July, 1911, the following resolutions were duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 14th day of August, 1911, the same resolutions were duly confirmed as special resolutions, viz. :—
“ (1.) That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that LIONEL LINGWOOD CORDERY, of Christchurch, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
“ (2.) That the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized to consent to the registration of a new company, to be named “Eugene Spitz and Company (Limited),” with a Memorandum and Articles of Association which have already been prepared with the privity and approval of the director of this company.
“ (3.) That the draft agreement submitted to this meeting and expressed to be made between this company and its Liquidator of the first part, EUGENE SPITZ, of Christchurch, Tailor, ROBERT MAXWELL SUNLEY, of Christchurch, Merchant, LEOPOLD MARCUS SANDSTEIN, formerly of Christchurch, but now of Boston, in the United States of America, Surveyor, and ARTHUR SAMUEL SANDSTEIN, of Christchurch, Dental Surgeon, of the second part, and EUGENE SPITZ AND COMPANY (LIMITED) of the third part, be and the same is hereby approved; and that the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized, pursuant to
