THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhunga 9c No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Wednesday, the 30th day of August, 1911, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :- “That the said land be leased to John Bernard Williams, of Russell, for a term of fifty years, at a yearly rental of ls. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-five years.” Dated at Auckland, this 7th day of August, 1911. THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rahokapua No. 18 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne, on Monday, the 28th day of August, 1911, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :– “That the said land be sold to Ella May Wyllie at a price not less than the Government capital value of the same.” Dated at Gisborne, this 3rd day of August, 1911. THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hereheretau B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa, on Tuesday, the 19th day of September, 1911, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :– “That a lease of the above block be granted to Watene Huka, of Whakaki, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of not less than £5 per centum on the present Government valuation, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years, at a rental of £5 per centum on the then Government unimproved valuation, with right to compensation for improvements.” Dated at Gisborne, this 5th day of August, 1911.
